Every Lexus Certified Pre-owned vehicle comes with a 2 year unlimited kilometre Warranty and a 2 year unlimited kilometre Full Maintenance Service Plan. It's a comprehensive warranty and service package that will cover most of your vehicle's servicing requirements.
LEXUS CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED WARRANTY
An important part of the peace of mind that comes with owning a Lexus Certified Pre-owned vehicle is the built in warranty on your vehicle.
Subject to the terms and conditions, Lexus New Zealand warrants that any part of your vehicle which becomes defective due to faulty material or workmanship in manufacture or assembly within 2 years, from the date the vehicle was purchased, will be repaired or replaced free of all charges.
In some cases there may be some existing New Vehicle Warranty benefit remaining on your vehicle. If the vehicle is less than four years old, was first registered in New Zealand and has travelled less than 140,000kms there may be some New Vehicle Warranty and Full Maintenance Service Plan benefits remaining which may provide more comprehensive cover.
LEXUS CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED FULL MAINTENANCE SERVICE PLAN
The Lexus Full Maintenance Service Plan that accompanies your vehicle covers all parts and labour costs associated with the Lexus recommended service schedule for a period of 2 years/unlimited kilometres from the date you purchased the vehicle. It combines an exacting standard of maintenance with a high level of customer convenience and ensures your Lexus is serviced, as it should be – by specially trained Lexus technicians.
The Lexus Certified Pre-owned Full Maintenance Service Plan covers:
- All parts and labour costs associated with the Lexus recommended servicing schedule. This includes the inspection and adjustment or, at your dealer’s discretion, the replacement of the items listed in the servicing schedule for your vehicle.
- All other reasonable maintenance and repair costs, apart from those items specifically listed under the Exclusions section, which are directly associated with the recommended service schedule and are necessary to maintain the vehicle in good working order.
- Cost of Warrant of Fitness inspections as required.
- A Lexus service loan car will be made available while your vehicle is being serviced.
Service Plan benefits are transferable from one owner to the next. The benefits are not transferable from vehicle to vehicle nor can they be cancelled or refunded. There are some circumstances that are not covered by the Lexus Full Maintenance Service Plan.
